Clinical Impression We report the case of a 32-calendar year-old guy suffering from a progressive dysphagia 4 months ago, who was witnessed in an ENT consultation and whose endoscopic evaluation showed a large shiny development at the base with the tongue, significantly minimizing the pharyngeal lumen.The Digital evidences are offered for the assoc
